Riccardo was admitted to the Italian Bar of Milan in September 2004.He carried out his activity in some of the most well known Italian and international law firms. Riccardo has a strong expertise on employment issues, labor laws, social security and privacy relevant to labor matters. His activity is focused on Italian labor law, assisting, both in judicial and out-of- courts context (the latter, as example, being involved in drawing up legal opinions and advices, drafting employment agreements, incentive plans - e.g. “Long Term Bonus Plans”; “Stock Option Plans” -, agency agreements, service agreements, confidentiality agreements, non compete covenants and settlement agreements), great companies, both national and multinational, operating, besides other, in the field of banking and financial sector, telecommunication sector, fashion sector, chemical and industry sector. He is involved, for labor law related issues, to extraordinary corporate transactions, such as sale and purchase of business activity (or sale and purchase of branch of business), sale and purchase of share, as well as mergers and de-mergers operations. He is author of several publications in specialized legal journals and commentaries. Italian mother-tongue, he is fluent in English.
